Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing from Soll Woodworks. By placing an order or registering your details with us, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Terms of Sale – Terms & Conditions
All prices are quoted in UK Sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices exclude delivery costs, which will be added at checkout. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
Payment will be taken at the time of purchase. We accept Visa and Mastercard, processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
You may cancel your order at any time provided the item has not been made to order or personalised. In such cases you will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
On rare occasions, order confirmation emails may be directed to your junk or spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation shortly after placing your order, please check there first or contact us at team@sollwoodworks.com and we will be happy to resend it.
Product Information
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend products at any time. Whilst we make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate, in the event of a clear error we will notify you before dispatch and offer a full refund if you wish to cancel.
Product photography is as accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee colour accuracy as this may vary between screens and devices. As every Soll Woodworks piece is handmade from natural timber, there will be natural variations in grain, colour, and character between items. This is not a defect — it is what makes each piece unique.
Please note that due to the bespoke nature of made to order and personalised products, we are unable to offer refunds on these items unless they are found to be faulty.
Stock Availability
If an item is out of stock and your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you promptly with the option of a full refund or to wait until the product becomes available.
Delivery
Under normal circumstances, in-stock items will be dispatched within 1–3 working days. Made to order items typically take 1–2 weeks. You will be notified of any delays. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details and costs.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us at team@sollwoodworks.com within 7 working days of receipt and we will do our best to resolve things quickly. All items should be returned within 20 days of receipt in their original unused condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Personalised and made to order items may only be returned if they are faulty. With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. Please contact us before returning anything as we may be able to arrange the return more efficiently.
Faulty Goods or Goods Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at team@sollwoodworks.com within 7 working days of receipt with your order number, details of the fault, and photographs where possible. We will offer a replacement or full refund including the cost of return postage.
Please note that as every piece is handmade from natural timber, any replacement may show slight variations in grain, colour, and character — this is the nature of working with wood.
Security & Privacy
We respect your privacy and will treat all personal information as confidential. We will not sell, share, or distribute your personal data other than as necessary to process your order and provide you with the best possible service. All information is held securely and we comply with UK data protection legislation. We do not store credit or debit card details.
